Description
Delightfully Simple: 2 Ingredient Air Fryer Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup sweetened Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and sweetened Greek yogurt until a soft, pliable dough forms. Gently knead the dough to ensure it’s well-incorporated, being careful not to overwork it.
2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls. Using your finger, gently poke a hole in the center of each ball to create the classic donut shape.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F and carefully place the shaped donuts in the basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the donuts are golden brown and cooked through.
4. While the donuts are still warm, toss them in a bowl filled with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Notes
The donuts are best served warm, straight from the air fryer. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
