Ingredients

  • Chilled mashed potatoes

  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

1. Combine the chilled mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, Parmesan, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the potato mixture and roll it into a ball.
