Ingredients
- 1 pound pork chops, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar (optional)
- 2 tablespoon salted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the pork chop pieces with olive oil, Montreal steak seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and light brown sugar (if using).
3. Arrange the seasoned pork chop bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with melted salted butter.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
