Description
Prepare to dazzle your taste buds with these mouthwatering Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms! Featuring a luscious cream cheese filling infused with garlic, Parmesan, and mozzarella, these savory bites are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 12 large white or baby bella mushrooms
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Start by gently cleaning the mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully remove the stems, being careful not to break the caps. Finely chop the stems to incorporate into the filling.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well incorporated and smooth.
3. Generously spoon the creamy cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to ensure it’s evenly distributed and the caps are completely filled.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F and let it run for 3 minutes to get nice and hot. Carefully place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket, arranging them in a single layer. Lightly mist the tops with olive oil spray.
5. Air fry the mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them to prevent overcooking.
