Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Large flour tortillas
  • Roasted or pan-fried potatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cooked breakfast sausage or crispy bacon
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh salsa

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Whisk eggs with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
