Description
This Bacon Ranch Chicken and Penne Casserole combines creamy ranch sauce, juicy chicken, penne pasta, cheese, and crispy bacon for the ultimate comfort food experience.
Ingredients
12 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Cook penne according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1 cup cheese. Mix well.
4. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to swap in mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for variety.

Freeze unbaked casserole for up to 3 months. Thaw before baking.
