- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for stretch)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives (optional)
- 8–10 strips of bacon (thin-cut works best for crispiness)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks, for securing the wraps
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella (if using), ranch seasoning, garlic powder, green onions, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until creamy and well-combined.
3. Flatten each chicken tenderloin slightly. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto each piece. Roll up the chicken around the filling and wrap tightly with a strip of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Notes
