Ingredients
1 large French bread or baguette
2 cups pulled pork, cooked and shredded
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Slice the French bread lengthwise. Spread shredded pulled pork evenly over both halves.
3. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar, then crumbled bacon.
4. Bake on lined sheet for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
5. Remove and sprinkle chopped green onions. Slice and serve warm.
