Instructions
1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, hoisin sauce (if using), and sriracha (if using). Set this flavorful sauce aside while you work on the rest of the dish.
2. Cook the Beef: Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
