Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sub rolls
