- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
3. Fill each pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and arrange in a greased baking dish.
4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
5. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing and serve hot.
Notes
For a creamier filling, add cream cheese or heavy cream.
