Instructions
1. Preheat the griddle to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, coffee creamer, and melted butter until well combined.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
