Ingredients
- Rotini or Penne or Bowtie Pasta
- Fresh Mozzarella (bocconcini or diced)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Honey or Brown Sugar
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced mozzarella, and torn basil.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad just before serving.
Notes
