Cheddar Bacon Ranch Hasselback Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any occasion. 4 large russet potatoes

4 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

¼ cup ranch dressing

2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice Potatoes: Carefully slice each potato into thin slices, but do not cut all the way through. Leave about a ¼-inch at the bottom to hold the slices together.

Brush & Bake: Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture over the potatoes and bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.

Add Cheese & Bacon: Once the potatoes are done baking, stuff the slices with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Return the potatoes to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Drizzle Ranch & Serve: Remove from the oven, drizzle with ranch dressing, and top with chopped green onions for garnish. Serve warm and enjoy!
