Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, crumbled bacon, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place 2-3 tablespoon of the filling mixture in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a bit of beaten egg.
4. Arrange the egg rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5. Allow to cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
