Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for inside)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Make Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
3. Form Patties: Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the meat around the cheese and shape it into a patty. Repeat this process with the remaining meat mixture.
4. Bake: Arrange the filled patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
5. Add Cheese: Remove the patties from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of each one. Return the patties to the oven and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.

Notes
