Ingredients
Egg Noodles

Instructions
1. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté onion, mushrooms, and garlic until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
4. Gradually whisk in beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Return beef to the skillet. Stir in sour cream. Add egg noodles and mix to combine.
6. Top with mozzarella cheese and let melt for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use lean ground beef and low-fat sour cream for a lighter version.
Substitute Greek yogurt or cream cheese for sour cream if needed.
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Reheat with a splash of broth or water to restore creaminess.
