Instructions

  • Cook the Tortellini: Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  • Season and Add Sauce: Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the enchilada sauce and salsa, stirring to combine.
  • Combine with Tortellini: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and gently mix until well coated in the sauce.
