Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie, grilled, or boiled)
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cooked bacon
Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed.
2. Lay the flour tortillas flat and divide the chicken mixture evenly. Top each with a slice of bacon.
3. Roll up the tortillas tightly around the filling.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5. Slice in half and serve warm. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
