Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
  • 8 ounces frozen broccoli florets
  • 32 ounces Alfredo sauce (2 jars)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (mixed in)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (topping)
  • 28 ounces frozen tater tots
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked and chopped bacon, frozen broccoli florets, Alfredo sauce, salt, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is well coated with the sauce.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

4. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the casserole mixture.

5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over the tater tots.

6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.

7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Choose the right rotisserie chicken: Opt for a well-seasoned, flavorful rotisserie chicken for maximum taste.

Substitute bacon: If you prefer a vegetarian option, you can use turkey bacon or omit the bacon altogether.

Add more veggies: Feel free to mix in additional vegetables like spinach, carrots, or bell peppers for extra nutrition and flavor.

Make your own Alfredo sauce: For a homemade touch, you can prepare a simple Alfredo sauce from scratch using butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
