- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup crispy bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Prepare a muffin tin by spraying it with cooking spray or lining with muffin liners.
- Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups, packing it down slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
