Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.

2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl.

3. Beat the softened unsalted butter together with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl.

4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, and mix until just combined.
