Instructions
1. Begin by boiling the tri-color rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and let it cool completely.
2. Chop and prepare all the other ingredients like cherry tomatoes, red onion, green bell pepper, olives, and cubed cheeses.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with the chopped vegetables, cheeses, and sliced pepperoni. Pour the vinaigrette over the top and toss gently.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
