  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

For the Bacon Gravy:

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped

  • 3 tbsp bacon grease (from cooked bacon)

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Prepare Pork Chops: In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk.

  • Coat Pork Chops: Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, pressing to coat well.

  • Fry Pork Chops: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Make Bacon Gravy: In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving grease in the pan.

  • Prepare Gravy: Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.
