Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pound bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces
- 2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a large baking dish or rimmed oven-safe skillet.
2. Pat the chicken pieces dry, then rub them generously with olive oil. Sprinkle on the salt, pepper, chopped rosemary, thyme, garlic, and orange zest. If desired, add red pepper flakes.
