Ingredients

Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

4. Stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh thyme leaves, allowing the flavors to meld together as the sauce simmers for 3-5 minutes.
5. Place the seared chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning the creamy champagne sauce over the top. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
