Ingredients
- 2–3 pound chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounce spaghetti, cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
2. Add the chicken breasts, soups, broth, onion, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
4. Remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
5. Stir in the cubed cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
6. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
7. Serve in bowls or plates and garnish with fresh parsley.
