Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
12 oz Bowtie Pasta (farfalle)
8 oz sliced Mushrooms
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Butter
Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms and garlic until tender and fragrant.
4. Reduce heat, pour in the cream, add Parmesan, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
5. Stir in the pasta and beef until evenly coated and heated through.
6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
You can use other types of pasta, like penne or fettuccine, if preferred.
For a vegetarian version, replace the meat with additional vegetables.
To store leftovers, refrigerate for up to 2–3 days, and reheat gently.
