Instructions
1. Preheat the oven and wash the baby potatoes thoroughly before halving them.
2. Toss the halved potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
3. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. Roast the potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
