Ingredients
- Yukon Gold or Carisma potatoes
- Melted butter
- Crushed garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes with the skin on until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Gently place the boiled potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and lightly flatten each one.
4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Spoon the mixture over the smashed potatoes to coat evenly.
