Ingredients

4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)

1 cup light cream or heavy cream

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano

½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Season & Sear Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Prepare Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream, stir in Italian seasoning, and let simmer for 2 minutes.

Add Parmesan & Spinach: Stir in grated parmesan and spinach (if using). Cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.

Combine & Serve: Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and let simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
