Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 425°F.
2. Prepare Cauliflower: Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
3. Season: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until they’re evenly coated.
4. Arrange on Baking Tray: Spread the seasoned florets in a single layer on a baking tray.
5. Roast: Pop the tray in the oven and roast for 25–35 minutes, tossing the florets once halfway through.
6. Optional Cheese: If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
7. Serve: Once ready, remove from the oven and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicy kick, toss with cayenne pepper. For a lemon twist, finish with fresh lemon juice. Mix in freshly chopped herbs for an aromatic twist.
