Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef or thinly sliced steak
- 6 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped

- 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the ground beef (or thinly sliced steak) along with the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the meat is browned. Drain any excess grease to ensure the final dish isn’t overly fatty.
