- 1 1/2 pound sirloin steak
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 1/2 pound baby potatoes

2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the seasoned steak cubes until they’re browned on all sides.
3. Place the seared steak cubes into your crockpot. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried thyme.
4. Gently stir in the baby potatoes, ensuring they’re fully submerged in the cooking liquid.

6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Choose sirloin or other tender cuts like chuck roast or round roast.
Searing the steak first helps lock in flavor and juices.
Adjust cooking times based on the size of steak cubes and potatoes.
Feel free to add diced carrots, celery, or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
