Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast
- 2 cup shredded green cabbage
- 2 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds or sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, olive oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic to create the dressing.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, shredded green cabbage, shredded purple cabbage, grated carrots, chopped green onions, toasted almonds or sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds. Toss until evenly distributed.
3. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until thoroughly coated. Serve immediately.
