A comforting Asian-inspired Dumpling Ramen Bowl that combines ramen noodles and dumplings in a savory broth with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 16 frozen dumplings (pork, chicken, or vegetable)
- 4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button)
- 2 cup baby spinach or bok choy
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon miso paste (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. If using miso paste, add it now and stir to combine.
2. Pour in chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add frozen dumplings and mushrooms to the simmering broth. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
4. Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
5. Stir in baby spinach or bok choy and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until wilted.
6. Divide the noodles, dumplings, and vegetables into serving bowls. Ladle hot broth over top.
7. Top with sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, sesame seeds, and chili oil if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your comforting Dumpling Ramen Bowl!
