  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prep the Steak: Pat your steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

2. Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in batches to avoid overcrowding. Sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Return steak to the skillet, toss to coat, then remove from heat.

4. Prepare the Parmesan Cream Sauce: In a separate saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and whisk until smooth and thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
