Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well to create the marinade.
3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
4. Preheat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
5. Add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side.
6. Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with different herbs like rosemary or basil. You can also use chicken thighs for a richer texture.
