Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth.
3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in a 9-inch pie dish or cast-iron skillet.
4. Spread pizza sauce over the cream cheese layer.
5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the sauce, then add shredded mozzarella.
6. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with bread or chips.
