Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken

- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, egg, lime zest, panko breadcrumbs, cilantro, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, red curry paste, salt, and pepper.
