Instructions
1. Begin by peeling and julienning the mangoes.
2. Thinly slice the bell pepper and grate the carrots.
3. Chop the fresh cilantro and set aside.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
5. In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, bell pepper, carrots, and cilantro.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
