  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 300 g (10 oz) pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is cooked through and golden.

3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.

4. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
