This Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet is a delicious and nutritious one-pan meal featuring sautéed cauliflower and mushrooms infused with garlic, smoked paprika, and vibrant herbs. Perfect as a side or a main dish, it’s both satisfying and healthy.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (cremini or button)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare ingredients: cut cauliflower, slice mushrooms, mince garlic.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned.
5. Add cauliflower, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat evenly.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and cook 10–12 minutes until tender.
7. Drizzle lemon juice, stir well.
8. Sprinkle Parmesan if using, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Leftovers keep in the fridge up to 4 days in an airtight container.
Freeze up to 3 months; thaw before reheating.
Customize with broccoli, zucchini, or your favorite veggies.
