Ingredients

Scale
  • 28 ounce chicken breast, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 28 ounce potatoes, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 ounce milk
  • 3.5 ounce cream cheese
  • 1.5 ounce Parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounce mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken breast with the minced garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

2. Season the cubed potatoes with salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, and paprika. Toss with olive oil or cooking spray. Air fry the potatoes for 18-20 minutes at 400°F or oven bake them for 20-23 minutes at 400°F until crispy.

3. Cook the seasoned chicken mixture in a large skillet over high heat for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.

4. Pour in the milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and remaining mixed herbs. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

5. Add the crispy potatoes to the chicken mixture and mix well to combine.

6. Top the dish with mozzarella cheese and let it melt over the mixture.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures.

Notes

Consider using less cheese or opting for low-fat cheese alternatives to lighten up the dish without losing flavor.
