Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
2. Let shrimp marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat grill over medium heat.
4. Grill marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
