Description
Juicy Ground Turkey Burgers: Delicious and Healthy Patties
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with the garlic powder, onion powder, fresh parsley, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika. Gently mix the ingredients together until they are just combined.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into about four patties. Gently press the patties to help them hold their shape.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the patties and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they’re golden-brown on the outside and cooked through in the center.
Notes
Serve on soft buns or lettuce wraps with toppings like sliced avocado, crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, tangy pickles, melted cheese, or a dollop of creamy sauce. Pair with roasted potatoes, a fresh salad, or coleslaw.
