Description

Explore the flavors of Hawaii with this easy-to-make Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan recipe. Perfect for family dinners or meal prep, this dish combines tender chicken, juicy pineapple, and a savory-sweet teriyaki glaze, all roasted to perfection on a single sheet pan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts, pineapple chunks, sliced bell pepper, and red onion. Drizzle in the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the ingredients are well coated.

3. Spread the mixture evenly on a large sheet pan, making sure the ingredients are in a single layer.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

5. Serve hot, optionally over a bed of cooked rice.

Notes

Pairs beautifully with steamed rice or quinoa.

For a lighter option, serve over fresh greens or cauliflower rice.
