Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans (toasted)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (pure)
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the pie crust.
2. In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar and brown sugar, then whisk in melted butter.
3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth, then stir in vanilla extract.
4. Fold in toasted pecans and dark chocolate chips.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 45–50 minutes until set and golden brown.
7. Let cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
