  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped herbs, minced garlic (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated.

3. Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it into 16 equal squares.
