Ingredients
- Double pie crust
- Fresh or canned sliced peaches

Instructions
1. Prepare your pie crust.
2. Combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla in a bowl.
3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
5. Roll out the second pie crust and set aside.
